Pirates Cove!

After 10 long days of sick kids, it was finally time for some fun!  We met the Foley's at Pirates Cove and because it was supposed to be hot, the park was pretty much empty.   It actually worked out perfect---the boys never had to wait in line for any rides!  We packed a picnic lunch and really enjoyed seeing our friends!  Thanks Jen, Jackson, and Brayden  for a great time!

Scott truly is the most amazing father to our children. I always thought I was the lucky one to have him in my life, but now I think it has been even more fun to watch him love our kids! Thanks for everything Scott! I hope you know how much you mean to our family! Happy Father's Day!

Preschool?!?!?

Preschool?!? Who needs preschool?!?!? Check out what Tyler man has been up to!  That's right, he LOVES to write his name--on everything! And that is a person next to his name.  We always have done art work, crafts, ect but lately Ty has really taken an interest in making "real" things.  He drew the most amazing picture of flowers for my mom when she had her surgery, and it brought tears to my eyes at how beautiful they were.  He took his time and used so many different colors, and completed them with green stems! He also drew a cat on the sidewalk just from looking at mine! He likes to name his art now which helps make him a spelling machine! He spells anything he can find with letters(street signs, store signs, books, ect), and then even tries sounding it out! I just hope that the teachers are ready for him come September! HA!



Guess which one is mine?!? And yes, he did spell cat all on his own!



Fun for All!

Scott and I  were invited to a family friend's wedding in Sturgeon Bay this past weekend, and since Ty and Hailey both love up north, we thought the best thing to do would be bring them with and have Auntie Sami come too.  Wow was it perfect! While Scott and I got to enjoy ourselves for a night, Tyler and Hailey got some fun time with their favorite auntie! The next day we were all able to enjoy some sun and fun on the beach and water before heading back. Sorry I didn't get more pics, but I was just sitting back and laughing at how much fun they were having!  Thanks Auntie Sami!
