Spring!

Happy first day of Spring---even if it doesn't feel like it outside!

M-I-C-K-E-Y

Our wonderful neighbor Jerry came knocking on our door about 6:00 last night---with tickets to Mickey's Music Festival at the Rosemont Theatre! His poor grandson had just gotten sick, and wouldn't be able to go, so he offered their tickets to us.  We raced down there(the show started at 7). None of us knew what to expect, but it was sooo cute! Tyler LOVED it, and sat most of the time just grinning and watching everything.  He even got up  to dance  when Mickey asked the audience to join in the fun!

It was a great night out!



Ty picked a sword for himself, and a magic light up wand for his sister who was at home with Grandma A.
Thanks for the last minute babysitting!

As for Miss Hailey----she is HILARIOUS! I say it all the time, but just spend more than 5 minutes with her and you will see her true personality!  I mean, the girl can make me laugh over and over all day long!

March Madness

Let the games begin!

"Snow" much fun!

I know it came late, but I was so glad we got some real snow! The kids LOVED playing outside in it! Scott was gone during the first "heavy" snow, and even though I did some shoveling, I am so thankful for wonderful neighbors who came to the rescue and helped me out! =) Then he was in town for the next round of snow and I think he might have had more fun than the kids!

We also snuck up north for a change of scenery---they had tons of snow!
The kids enjoyed sledding, and  Ty especially loved going on the ice--- "Snow" much fun!
