Tyler is 7

How did this happen?!?!?! I can not believe that Ty is 7 years old. Seriously kid, slow down!!! Tyler had yet another great year. He has the best demeanor and brings such laughter and joy to each day. He still is our very early riser---and we know this because he comes running into our room at full speed at 6:00 on the dot. He LOVES to read, mainly chapter books, but also non-fiction world record books. The more random the statistic, the more eager he is to know more. He is turning into a little athlete.  He loves to watch sports and play a variety as well. We really enjoyed watching him play coach pitch baseball this summer! Tyler participated in  his golf camp again, and he is now able to drive the ball 125 yards! Scott thought he had Ty beat until at least 12, but it is looking more like 10.  Tyler has really become quite the serious fisherman as well. (He even got rain gear for his birthday)  He has a secret fishing spot up north that has gotten him a few decent bass. He still loves to sit in the tree stand and be outside doing "boy things" as much as possible. Tyler loves to learn. During camp invention this summer he was so excited to tell us of all his inventions--especially his crickobot named Joe. It is solar powered, and has been crawling around our drive way many mornings. He received a really cool circuit kit for his birthday and has been experimenting with parallel and series circuits. He was proud of the amplifier he put on his siren. Yep, I thought the ice cream truck had driven right into our house. haha.  Tyler brings a smile to my face every day. I look at him and sometimes catch myself thinking wow, you were sooo worth the  tears, struggles, effort and wait. He continues to amaze Scott and I with the wonderful person he is becoming. Tyler, we are so proud of you. We love you so much! Happy 7th Birthday!
